My goal as a therapist is to help you understand the perspective or lens you see your life through. Together we can discover positive and proactive ways in which to move toward a meaningful and fulfilling life. While it is true we cannot change our past or the pain of our past, we can strive to understand where the pain comes from and how to gain some resolution to the issues you are curently facing.
While my approach to therapy is serious, my sense of humor often comes into play and allows us to relax and unwind during sessions. This atmosphere provides a safe environment in which to unburden and share.
