I work with individuals, couples and families. My specialties include:
Grief and Loss
In addition to my therapy work, I have presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of grief, anger, guilt, coping, and healing as well as findings from couples work in a prison setting.
I am an interactive, contextually / solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to enable individuals, couples and families to gain insight to themselves and to those around them. I believe the goal of therapy is to offer support and practical feedback in an effort to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
